Why is the “Status” LED blinking orange on my Smartlink EL B product?

This means that the connection between Smartlink EL B product and the Cloud is not operating with 3 possible reasons:
1. The connection between Smartlink ELEC and ADSL box is not good
2. ADSL box is down
3. Cloud server is down
