When Control Expert is launched it locks up at 'Updating Dtm catalog... 0%'.

Issue
After installing Control Expert V14.0 it launches but then hangs at 0% in the Updating Dtm catalog... window.

Resolution
This could be a registration issue with PSBroker.exe and pserver.dll The attached batch file will run through the registration of the file.
