What information do I need to provide when I contact Schneider Electric support for EcoStruxure Power Build Rapsody ?

Please provide the following when you contact Schneider Electric support for EcoStruxure Power Build Rapsody:

1) Detailed explanation of the issue - Please explain in detail the steps which were performed that led to the issue
2) Rapsody project file - This is the file with extension .ssd for the issue being reported
3) Screenshot - Use Snipping tool or similar software to take screenshots to explain the issue better
4) Log file if it is an authentication/Connection issue - The name of the log file is "EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody.log"
Location -> C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody INT\user\project\Log
5) System Information file - The name of the file is "SystemInformation.txt "
Location -> C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody INT\user\UserConfig
6) If possible zip this complete folder & attach to the case - "EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody INT"
Location -> C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody INT
