When I launch EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody , I get an error message. What do I do?

When I launch EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody , I get the following error message.



1) Ecostruxure Power Build - Rapsody has undergone some improvements. One of the improvements is to Authenticate users using a new registration & authentication mechanism.

2) If you get the above error as soon as you launch Rapsody your internet connection may not be working. Please make sure that you have a working Internet connection.
