Issue
Device Type Installer (DTI) gives an error when attempting to install device type: 'Cannot find ProductRegInfo'. Is DTI installed correctly?

Environment 
Device Type Installer - Management Console

Cause
The user does not have permission to add the following Registry Key:
Added Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\9.0\DeviceInfo\<Device_Name>\DefaultFirmware
Added Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\9.0\DeviceInfo\<Device_Name>\TemplateStrings\DefaultVoltsMode

Resolution
Use a Windows administrator account to create a new Device Type.
