How to reach support for customers who have ordered the CentOs iPC with TPM ?

If you have ordered a Magelis iPC with the TPM module with the OS customization of “Z”(meaning CentOs) then it is likely that the support call needs to be handled by the Schneider US Flex center.  A Magelis with OS customization digit of “Z” was pre-loaded by the Schneider Flex Center with the CentOs Linux operating system as well as Cyber Security related Software called IoTrust(provided by a CAPP partner).  The IoTrust software requires license keys (called Entitlements) from the CAPP partber (Entrust) that must be re-installed if the hardware is replaced or repaired.
