To delete a user, perform the following steps:
  1.  Press on "User Login"
  2.  Press "Manage Users"
  3.  Enter password for the ADMIN user
  4.  The ADMIN user is the only user permitted to add and delete users
  5.  From the Level drop-down, choose the level the user is in
  6.  From the User drop-down, choose the user
  7.  Press the "Delete User" icon
  8.  Confirm that the user is to be deleted by pressing "Yes" when prompted
