Video: How do I find out which com port the TCSMCNAM3M002P USB to RS485 cable is using?

Issue:
Discovering COM Port of USB to RS485 cable TCSMCNAM3M002P.

Environment:
Windows 7 and Windows 10

Resolution:
To discover which COM port the USB-RS485 adapter cable (TCSMCNAM3M002P) is using you need to navigate to the device manager console and look at the ports.

For Windows 7, navigate to device manager, then to ports, then expand ports section and find the TSX C USB 485 device.  The COM port that it captured will be seen in the properties windows screen.

On Windows 10, navigate to device manager, then to ports, then expand the ports section and find the TSX C USB 485 device.  The COM port that is captured will be seen in the properties windows screen.
