Why am I unable to connect SoMove software to a Process Drive while it is displaying StO?

Process Drive State is StO, why am I unable to connect SoMove Software?

Cause:
Wiring / Programming

Resolution:
StO is Safe Torque Off, which means you are unable to operate the drive with any type of Controls.  SoMove allows for operation, so therefore, SoMove can not be connected in this state.  If you've only removed the factory jumper on P24, STOA, STOB, and are not currently using a wired safety contact, simply re-install the jumper.  Remember to use 24v terminal, rather than P24, for your control wiring.
