What can cause an CFI4 or  empty configuration error on the ATV630 and ATV930 Process drives?

Cause:
Switching to a configuration that does not exist causes the drive to lock in [Empty Configuration] CFI4.

Resolution:
Empty Configuration
Priciple
The drive may contain up to 4 configurations, which can be saved using the [Save Configuration] SCSi
parameter.
Each of these configurations can be activated remotely, enabling adaptation to:
- 2 to 4 different motors or mechanisms (multi-motors mode).
- 2 to 4 different configurations for a single motor (multi-configurations mode).
Probable cause
- Switching to a configuration that does not exist causes the drive to lock in [Empty Configuration] CFI4.
Remedies
- Verify the configurations saved (multi motors or multi-configuration mode)
- Switch to a compatible configuration.
