Cause:
IGBT is overheating or fans are not running.

Resolution:
IGBT Overheating Error
Principle
The thermal model of the IGBT thermal monitoring has detected an overheat. This function is protecting the IGBT's.
Probable causes
- Ambient temperature too high.
- Bad cooling fan.
- Filter blocked.
- Check the ventilation.
- Function of fans faulty.
Remedies
- Check the motor load, the ventilation of the Drive and the ambient.
- Reduce the switching frequency
