Pm800 analyzer shows negative value of kvar.I changed the direction of the current transformer and this time the kw value is negative read. How should we solve it.

1. Check the system setup to be correct as per Table 6 or 7 depending of the network type where PM800 is wired to measure.
Check the wiring to be according to System type setup and diagram type as per page 5.

2. Find out which is the polarized terminal of the Current transformers. 
Negative kW is because current transformers connection are not correct polarized. 
As normal the polarized secondary CT should come to terminals I12, I14, I16.
Attached is a document "PM800 Instrument Transformer Wiring Troubleshooting" extrass from User Manual. Please check the CT wiring based on this document.

3. If nothing is help, please send to Technical Support following information:
3.1. If meter is connected to a communication network, use ION Setup last version and collect the information as per attached document "PM meters informtaion request".
3.2 If there is not possible to use ION Setup, use meter Display settings and take the pictures that contain the information settings as per attached documents "PM800 Settings check" and "PM800 Diagnostic".
