Report Subscription does not Work in Web Application After an Upgrade

Issue
Report subscriptions in PDF format don't open when selected in PME Web Application > Diagrams (Webreach):

1. Report subscription, saves a report in PDF format in a folder
2. A custom diagram in Vista has a link to open the PDF document
3. In Web Application (Diagrams), the link does not work

Problem occurs after upgrade from ION Enterprise 6 to PME 8.x versions.

Environment
Web Application

Cause
System is upgraded from ION Enterprise 6.0 to PME8.2 version.
Important: For sharing purpose in web application (Diagrams), the folder that contains the PDF files has to be created under ...\Applications\ApplicationFramework\ folder.
The above folder did not exist in prior to 8.x version.

Resolution
1. In Windows Explorer navigate to the Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Applications\ApplicationFramework\ folder.
2. Create a new folder called 'Saved_Reports'.
3. In the subscription 'Delivery Mode' enter the new path as 'File Share':
     ...\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Applications\ApplicationFramework\Saved_Reports\
