EM4800 and EM4000 Installation Guide Misprint

Issue:
The following documents contain a misprint within the specified figure:

The figure is shown below:


The secondary side of the Phase C PT is wired to the Neutral input.
The secondary side of the Phase B PT is wired to the Phase A input.
The secondary side of the Phase A PT is wired to the Phase B input.
The Neutral is wired to the Phase C input.

If the customer wires the meter as shown, the device will not measure correctly.

Cause:
The physical voltage label on the meter is printed as C B A N, from top to bottom. In the original version of the instruction guide, the label was shown to read N A B C. In a revision of the document, the label was updated to match the physical device, however the voltage connections were not updated accordingly.

Resolution:
The correct wiring is described below:
The secondary side of the Phase C PT is wired to the Phase C input.
The secondary side of the Phase B PT is wired to the Phase B input.
The secondary side of the Phase A PT is wired to the Phase A input.
The Neutral is wired to the Neutral input.

The offer manager has been made aware of the misprint. This should be corrected in the next Installation Guide publication.
