PSE v8.1 installation fails on 'Register Assemblies' step

Issue
An old version of PowerScada Expert (PSE) was installed on the server but it was uninstalled and now PSE v8.1 is being installed. When going through the installation it will fail on the "Register Assemblies" step.

Cause
The Profile Automation object from the previous PSE installation did not fully uninstall.

Resolution
*Warning: This article contains information about editing the registry. Improper changes to the registry can permanently damage the operating system. Always backup the registry before making any changes.* 

1. Open the command line by going to Start and then Run and typing "cmd" (without the quotes). Then press enter.
2. Copy and paste each of the following lines followed by pressing enter:
MsiExec.exe /X{C96BA034-4A44-44E2-A7B9-832119F3B2B9} 
MsiExec.exe /X{68B04E61-1CC0-4396-AAAA-B0161C94683D} 
3. The PSE v8.1 installer should now run properly
