Upon connecting the device in Ecoreach and changing the IP configuration to static in project area, I can’t see the IPV4 address, subnet etc. What could be wrong here?

My Ecoreach project is saved with DHCP configuration in Communication section of a device. But I have changed the communication configuration of IFE to static through the webpage.
 A refresh button is given in Ecoreach device value area to refresh such parameters when a situation like this happens. Once you refresh, the values will be updated in the Device values column.
