Unable to access the web page for an ION 7550 / 7650

Issue:
When attempting to access an ION 7550 / 7650 web page, the page never loads. The device can be pinged and is assessable from the computer.

Environment:
Web Meter

Cause:
The default web page has been changed or the Web Meter feature has been disabled in the Communications Module. 

Resolution:
Follow either the Designer or ION Setup steps below to ensure the meter is setup correctly.

Designer Instructions:
1) Log in to Designer, select the File drop down menu, Open, and choose the 7550/7650 meter in question from the 'Select Node' list.
2) Once the meter loads ensure the Toolbox is open by selecting the Options drop down menu and 'Show Toolbox'.
3) Within the Toolbox, locate the icon which looks like the image displayed below, and left click it.

4) Right click the module labeled 'Ethernet' and check the the setup registers 'Enable Web server' and 'Default Web Page' which should be set to 'Yes', and 'Operation.html', respectively.

ION Setup Instructions:
1) Connect to the meter and place it in advanced mode by right clicking the device, select 'Properties' < Tools, and change the 'Device Setup' drop down to 'Show Advanced ION Setup'.
2) Double click the 'Comm Modules' folder
3) Double click the 'Ethernet' module' which will open a new window.
4) Click the setup registers tab and ensure 'Enable Web server' and 'Default Web Page' are set to 'Yes', and 'Operation.html', respectively.
