Is there any way to have more than 99 characters in the constraints field of the Dial Out Modem configuration of the Management Console?

While configuring Dial Out Modem, customer likes to fit in more than 99 characters in the Constraints field. The field can accommodate upto 99 characters.

There can be various reasons for such need, for example, customer might have large number of dial out sites and they need to filter the sites on the criterion of which modems they are connected to. In cases like this, the Constraints field comes to use as shown below

*Warning: Irreparable database damage can occur. This procedure should only be performed by users familiar with SQL Server Management Studio.
Databases should be backed up prior to performing this procedure.*

The user interface is limited to 99 characters. But the underlying field in the database that stores the string value has a 4000 character limit.
Edit the Constraints field in the table ION_Network>dbo.Channel to accommodate as many characters needed, upto 4000 characters.
