I renewed my support, where is my software update disk?

When you renew your priority technical support contract you are eligible for the software updates. You will automatically receive any future major releases that come out while you have a support contract in the mail. But all other past and current versions are available only by download. You can either log into your eclipse account and download any eligible software there, or you can email us at customer.services@schneider-electric.com or call 888-266-8705 option 1 to request an FTP link be emailed to you.
