HMIG5U: How to remove the message "No License Key detected" at start up when logged as user?

If you are logged as user, at HMIG5U start up, you got an error message saying: "No License Key detected".
See "No license key detected.png" in attachment.
You don't have this message if you are logged as Administrator.
To remove this message, you have to go in System configuration => Startup sheet, and uncheck the item RTPrimaryBoot, then to click OK.
See "Workaround.png" in attachment.
The HMIG5U will restart.
To access to System configuration, click on Windows Orbital start menu, then Control Panel => Administrative tools => System configuration

The message will not appear anymore.

Note: If the customer whishes to install Vijeo XD, the item must be checked again.
