What to do when Vijeo Designer cannot launch and Vijeo-Manager keeps loading the Samples folder over and over?

Issue:
Vijeo Designer is unable to load. All that happens is the Samples folder is loaded repeatedly in the Navigator Window.

Resolution:
When Vijeo Designer is unable to load and the Samples folder is loaded repeatedly, this means that the Vijeo Designer Windows DLLs are not properly registered to the Windows operating system. Please contact technical support to have them manually re-register the DLL files.

Alternatively, uninstall Vijeo Designer and reinstall Vijeo Designer by ensuring to run the installation executable as Adminstrator. In other words, right-click on the install.exe and choose "Run As Administrator".
