What to do when Vijeo Designer cannot launch and Vijeo-Manager keeps loading the Samples folder over and over?

In this situation, the Vijeo Designer Windows DLLs are not properly registered to the Windows operating system. Please contact technical support to have them manually re-register the DLL files. Alternatively, uninstall Vijeo Designer and reinstall Vijeo Designer by ensuring to run the installation executable as Adminstrator. In other words, right-click on the install.exe and choose "Run As Administrator".
