What can be done if I am having a problem registering my drive on the Drives Startup website?​

Having a problem registering a product

Product Line:
All drives and soft starts

All models and serial numbers

Cause:
None

Resolution:
You can send the information to the following email addres:  drivesstartup@schneider-electric.com
Or click on the Program Support link on the left side of the page on the Startup website and provide details regarding the issue or problem.

NOTE:  This website and program is only available in the US.  This site is NOT supported by the Drive Products Support Group.  DPSG can not resolve issues with this site.
