When attempting to upgrade the databases during an upgrade to PME the database upgrade fails for ION Network with error message  "Possible cause: insufficient disk space."
Checking the disk space allocation for the database shows that there is plenty of disk space available

*Warning: Irreparable database damage can occur. This procedure should only be performed by users familiar with SQL Server Management Studio. Databases should be backed up prior to performing this procedure.*
Refer to FA244629 on how to connect to SQL server managment Studio and execute queries.
Check to see if the ION Network database has an extra SchedulerTick associated with the ION schema

Resolution 1
Delete the table in Management Studio
 - In the Object Explorer, expand: Databases -> ION_Network -> Tables
 - Right click on the table and select Delete

Resolution 2
Issue this SQL statement
DROP TABLE ION_Network.ION.SchedulerTIck

Once you get rid of that bogus table, the upgrade will complete.
