Input Pulse Metering - Present Demand and Last Demand are reading zero while other quantities are updating in System Manager Software (SMS).

In System Manager Software (SMS) go to Setup > Devices/Routing, click to configure the device that is receiving the input pulses. Click on the I/O Setup tab. Click the Input Metering (IM) Setup button. In the 'Demand Mode For All Channels' box at the top of this window, make sure that the Method is set appropriately. If Method is set to Input Synchronized Block or Input Synchronized Rolling Block, Present Demand (and Last Demand) will not be calculated on the Input Metering channels. These input sync methods tell the meter that the pulse is meant as a sync pulse for the meters calculated Demand and not intended to relay an IM Present Demand value.
