Problems may arise trying to connect using an optical probe to PowerLogic and ION Meters

Cause:
The serial settings for the connection are configured incorrectly, most noteably in the timing settings of the probe.

      • 1 - Requires DTR to be forced off via software settings.

        2 - Requires DTR switch on probe to be set to the open position.

        3 - Requires either DTR to be forced off via software settings or DTR switch on probe to be set to the open position.

        4 - Requires both DTR to be forced off and RTS to be forced on (or vice versa) via software settings.
