"You have been disconnected from the server" error message when viewing a GFX screen with a large number of value blocks on Windows XP

Goals and Symptoms

System Manager Software is installed on Windows XP
When viewing a GFX screen with a large number of value blocks, not all blocks will load (red x's) and after a small amount of time, the user will receive a "you have been disconnected from the server" message
Internet explorer will give the error:

HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too Many users are connected

All other SMSWeb pages display data correctly without any error messages.
All Windows updates and SMS patches have been applied

Causes and Fixes

Under windows XP, there are a limited amount of connections that can be made to IIS. GFX screens with large numbers of value blocks could protentially cause the connection limit to exceed 10 (default).

Increase the connection limit

Open a Windows Command prompt (Start-> Run-> cmd)
Navigate to C:\inetpub\adminscripts
Run the following command: adsutil.vbs set w3svc/MaxConnections 40
Perform a IISRESET and relaunch the GFX screen
