How is the scale factor used for integer registers in a Branch Circuit Power Meter (BCPM)?

Each integer register has a scale factor associated with it. See the following example below:

Data point needed: Current for meter 1 in a single phase, top feed configuration:

Data Register 1336: 8000
Scale Register 1000: 65,534 (which is -2 in 2s complement. Since 65534-65536=-2)
Formula: Data register * (10^scale register) = Scaled value

E.g. 8000*(10^-2) = 80 Amps
