What is the difference between Set and Force to 0 and 1 using Unity Pro?

The Set to 0 and Set to 1 under the Services menu is used to modify the value of a BOOL or EBOOL located or unlocated variables to 1 or 0.  The value can be overwritten in logic.  The Force to 0 and Force to 1 can only be used to force the value of a located EBOOL to 0 and 1.  The value cannot be overwritten in the logic.
