What happened to my shares?

If your former Invensys shares were held in certificated form (that is, not in CREST), your new Schneider Electric shares have been transferred to accounts maintained by the Schneider Electric Registrar, BNP Paribas Security Services.

Inheritance


Shares can be transferred on behalf of the heir. Please ask the Notary in charge of the inheritance to send the following documents to the address below:
  • A certified true copy of the death certificate
  • A Grant of Probate or certified true copy of the public notary's or lawyers estate regulation or testament showing his legal beneficiary/ies
  • Photocopies of legal beneficiaries' identity card or passport with its official translation in French or English
  • A letter indicating the names of the heirs and number of shares they have each inherited. The heirs can ask for the shares to be registered under their names or transferred to their account with their banking intermediary. Please include their IBAN in the case of a cash transfer.
