Energy skills development
Schneider Electric provides job training in the electrical energy sector and supports people who wish to become entrepreneurs.
To promote local socio-economic development and stimulate the energy market, Schneider Electric (with support of its Foundation) provides job training in the electrical energy sector, supporting people and entrepreneurship.
This is the story of Jeane Araújo, one of the students who attended our course on basics in electricity, as part of Schneider Electric Access to Energy Program. She will begin working as an electrician in her hometown of Serrolândia, in the hinterland of Brazil.
Schneider Electric supports and develops training programs with NGOs, local authorities, through a training center on activities linked to energy management (electricity, automation, industrial maintenance,...).
