Main Characteristics
Supervision is carried out at bridge level by a Scada system based on redundant PC Vue 8.0 and in various cabins by 6 Magelis Touch panels with Vijeo designer human machine interface
A high availability architecture communication network is implemented by 2 servers in hot stand by, supported by an Ethernet ring with redundancy management, and optical fibre (Modbus RS485 with relevant bridge to Modbus TCP/IP when required)
Local acquisition is implemented by 12 remote I/O stb Advantys ie approx 1500 I/O, control part by main PLC Modicon Quantum or Premium in hot standby, and power management by dedicated PLC Modicon Premium or M340.
