Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City's vibrant business and entertainment district, Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers has 472 spacious hotel rooms, studios, and suites which are designed to provide comfort and style with personalized service and convenient amenities.

Sheraton wanted to provide their guest with a delightful experience inside the room. An advanced lighting control as well as multimedia connectivity were keys to create differentiation versus the other hotels in Vietnam.

112 rooms have been recently renovated in collaboration with Schneider Electric.
Initial mockup room was approved of by Starwood management.
M&E consultant was supported for the specification and the drawings.

Energy savings is achieved though the key card holder which manage efficiently the energy inside the room based on the actual occupation.

The key to winning this project was:

Based on the owner's request and suggestion from the consultant, they wanted to build a unique, safe, and modern solutions hotel.
With 5 star hotel standards we offered ELV C-Metro family products, EPIC (including VGA, audio, HDMI, USB, RCS and S video) and structured cabling system.
