Eric Pilaud, Executive Committee member, is appointed as President of Custom Sensors & Technology Division
Philippe Delorme becomes a member of the Executive Committee, in charge of Strategy & Innovation

Rueil-Malmaison (France), June 22, 2009 – Eric Pilaud, Executive Committee member, is appointed as President of Custom Sensors & Technology Division (CST)*, based in California. He was previously in charge of Strategy, Customers, Innovation & Technology and developed with success the activity Services & Projects.

Philippe Delorme becomes a member of the Executive Committee, in charge of Strategy & Innovation. Philippe Delorme, 38, is graduated from Centrale Engineer School in Paris and holds a MBA of Sciences Po Paris. He joined Schneider Electric in 1996 and assumed operational responsibilities in the US and France. Since 2008 he has been in charge of the new company program “One”, which reflects the Group’s strategy.

These nominations will be effective on July 1st, 2009.

* Custom Sensors & Technology (CST) : Global manufacturer of intelligent sensors and sensor-based systems for motion and process control for Industrial, Aerospace and Transportation markets.
