This policy is aligned with the World Health Organization's definition of health "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".

- Reduce the number of lost days from work accidents by 20% per employee and per year
- Ensure that all employees have basic health insurance
