H1N1 Supplier Letter

In June 2009, the World Health Organization declared a global pandemic due to the rapid expansion of influenza A (H1N1). Schneider Electric responded by activating its Emergency Coordination Center and implementing a Business Continuity Plan. Our goal is order to ensure our employees’ health and safety and minimize the potential impact to our customers.

As the Northern Hemisphere enters the fall season, governmental and medical agencies around the world are urging people to prepare for a possible resurgence of the H1N1 virus. Given its highly contagious nature, it is possible that one of your departments or worksites could experience a temporary closure or serious disruption.
