Remunerations, Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee

 
 

Responsabilities

The Committee is provided with information concerning the Group's compensation policies, especially executive compensation.
- It reviews stock option plans and employee stock ownership plans decided by the Supervisory Board.
- It makes recommendations to the Supervisory Board concerning the remuneration of corporate officers and the appointment of Supervisory Board and Committees members.
- It examines solutions to permit a smooth succession in the case of departure of corporate officers.

Remunerations, Appointments and Corporate Governance meetings in 2007:

The Remunerations, Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee met 3 times in 2007, with an average attendance rate of 92%. It reported to the Supervisory Board on its activities at the Board meetings held on February 20, April 26, October 25 and December 19, 2007.
