Corporate Governance

Organizational and operating procedures


Shareholders’ Meeting of Schneider Electric on 3 May 2006, voted for the transformation of the mode of governance by implementating a Supervisory Board and a Management Board, which separates the powers of management from those of supervision.


The Supervisory Board oversees the efficient operation of the Company and reports to shareholders. The Supervisory Board includes two special committees: the Remunerations, Appointments and Corporate Governance and the Audit Committees.

The Management Board is the Schneider Electric’s decision-making body together with the Executive Commitee.
The General Management comprises 15 members.
