Resolution:
This is a quick troubleshooting guide when downloading an application to a PC with Vijeo Designer Runtime for Windows:
1 - Runtime on the PC need to be launched
2 - Runtime version on the PC must match the PC that has Vijeo Designer buildtime (development).  If it does not match, please call Schneider Electric technical support for the correct Vijeo Designer Runtime installation file.
3 - Make sure firewall are turned off when downloading to the PC Runtime.
4 - Verified the media connection (ethernet or USB cable) used is correct.  If ethernet, make sure both PCs IP address are in the same network.  If USB, make sure the XBTZG935/USBB driver is loaded properly on both PCs.
