Resolution
*Warning: This procedure should only be performed by users familiar with SQL Server Management Studio.*
To Extract the Alarm Sentry information use the following query, note that the query below is an example for digital tags. If using analog tags, change the query to use the analog view.
SELECT [EVENTTAG]
      ,[CONDITION_NAME]
      ,[EVENT_ID]
      ,[TAG_ID]
      ,[TRUESTATENAME]
      ,[FALSESTATENAME]
      ,[PROCESSOR_ID]
      ,[SOURCETAG]
      ,[ALIAS]
      ,[SETPOINT_ID]
  FROM [PLES_TAG].[dbo].[Dig_Setpoints]

To extract alarm filter information, use the following query. Please note in this query the "All" filter was removed to reduce the response size
SELECT af.FILTER_NAME, ns.NODE_NAME, af.SEVERITY_LO, af.SEVERITY_HI,af.DELAY_SECONDS
  FROM [PLES_APM].[dbo].[AP_AREA_NODE_SET] ns
  join [PLES_APM].[dbo].[AP_AREA_FILTERS] af on ns.NODE_SET_ID = af.NODE_SET_ID
  where not af.FILTER_ID =1
