What does the term " 2 wire type" mean on the Altivar ATV61/71 drives?

What is 2 wire type on the Altivar 61/71?
Product Line:
Altivar 61, Altivar 71
All serial numbers
2 wire type will determine how the drive responds to the run command when the VFD is powered with the run command active, while in 2 wire control :  See examples below

[2 wire type] [Transition] (trn)
LEL [Level] (LEL): State 0 or 1 is taken into account for run (1) or stop (0).  The unit will run if run command is active on power up and the VFD is in 2 wire control
[Transition] (trn): A change of state (transition or edge) is necessary to initiate operation, in order to prevent accidental restarts after a break in the power supply.  The run must transition from low to high on power up.
PFO [Fwd priority] (PFO): State 0 or 1 is taken into account for run or stop, but the “forward” input always takes
priority over the “reverse” input.
