Unity Pro V8.0 to V11: Why the application is no more synchronized with NTP server after changing NTP Server IP address?

If NTP Server IP address has been changed , a rebuild all of the application is mandatory to take this new address in account.

Note : a build change seems OK: no error message, but the new address is not taken in account.

This behavior will be corrected in further release
