PowerLogic High Density Metering System 1-Meter Enclosure meter not energizing

Issue
Meter does not power on after installation.

Cause
Installation appears to be complete. However additional work may need to be done.

Resolution
*Warning:  Installation and maintenance of this device should only be performed by qualified, competent personnel that have appropriate training and experience with high voltage and current devices. Failure to follow the instructions / warnings in the Meter Installation Guide can result in permanent damage to the meter, severe injury or death.

With the CPT option, a load line to power the CPT needs to be move to the appropriate voltage line to step down the voltage for the meter to energize.
The available voltages for the primary side of the PT are:
208V
480V
600V

The line is in position 1 before install.
During install this needs to be moved to position 2 (208V), 3 (480V), or 4 (600V) depending on the system's voltage.
