Is there a way to move a block of 16 IO point to a memory word in Unity Pro?

You can use the MOVE_AREBOOL_INT FB.
Depending on the Controller type, you can use the topological address:
MOVE_AREBOOL_INT (%I0.1.0:16,%MW1);

or the State RAM address:

Make sure dymamic array addressing is enable in Unity Project setting --->Variables
