Issue:
When installing the 'Standard Report Packs' in EEM, the Web interface gives a validation error and indicates the package is corrupt. When attempting to install via Command Prompt using the ReportPackUtil.exe, the following error is thrown:

Product Line:
ION EEM 5.0

Environment:
EEM Web
Command Prompt

Cause:
This issue is caused by the individual Report Packs not being extracted from the main Standard Report Packs .zip file.

Resolution:
The 'Standard Report Packs.zip' contains .zip files for the individual reports. These .zip files must be placed in the root \IONEEM\Web\EEMWeb.Complied folder and then using the Web interface, or via Command Prompt, can be installed individually.
