Cause:
A source in SPM / PME had been configured to log faster than 15 minute intervals. The source is now logging at 15 minutes, and all prior data that was not a 15 minute timestamp would like to be removed from the database.

Resolution:
The attached query will remove all logged data for a given source that does not fall on a 15 minute timestamp (i.e. 00:00:00, 00:15:00, 00:30:00, 00:45:00). Alarms / Events, PQ Events, and Waveforms will not be affected.
