RepGen - Clicking the Generate button causes error about unregistered Tsgacal.ocx in PME

A user receives the following error when attempting to generate a report using the "Reporter" Excel based utility.

*ERROR* Error 339 (Component 'Tsgacal.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid)

Product Line:
Power Monitoring Expert 7.2.x (PME 7.2.x)
Power Monitoring Expert 8.0 (PME 8)

"Reporter" report generation

'Tsgacal.ocx' was not registered correctly.

To correct this issue you will need to manually register Tsgacal.ocx using regsvr32.exe. Be sure to run this command when logged into the machine as the Administrator (not just an account that is in the Administrators group) or from an elevated command prompt . On machines running a 64-bit version of the operating system, be sure to use the 32 bit version of regsvr32.exe. It will be located in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory. Here are the steps:

1- Start a command prompt (Right click on it and "Run as administrator")
2- Navigate to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory, then run the following command:

regsvr32 Tsgacal.ocx

You will see a dialog indicating the ocx registered successfully. Once this is done, RepGen will function normally.
