Why am I getting a warning in Unity Pro that my Ethernet network is not linked to a module?
Unity Pro, M340
The warning that can be seen above under the Issue is caused by not linking the created Ethernet network to an Ethernet on a CPU, NOE, or NOR module.
To eliminate this issue, the Ethernet network that was created needs to be linked to the desired module. Double-click the new network that was created in the Project Browser to enter the Network Configuration. Inside the configuration the correct Model Family needs to be selected for you module.
Once the Model Family is selected the Ethernet network can be linked to an Ethernet port. In the Project Browser double-click the Ethernet port that you would like to link to. The port configuration window should appear. In the port configuration window set the Function to ETH TCP IP and the Net Link to the Ethernet network that you created.
