How to setup echo to print in SMS to print all alarms

Issue
Customer alarms are not printing on alarm

Product Line
SMS Versions 3.3.2.3 or higher

Environment
Alarms shows up in the alarm log but it is not doing echo to print, and the settings have not changed.

Cause 
Possible change in the registry 

Resolution

- Open the registry by going to Start> Run and type regedit, and press enter
- Navigate to the following location

HKLM/Software/Square D Company/SMS-3000/CurrentVersion/CommServer/Alarms

- Find the entry named "echosuppress" . If this is changed to 0 it will print every alarm in the system. When this is set to 0 it looks at which alarm is visible and which one is not.
