What happened to Enterprise Manager in SQL2005 of System Manager Software (SMS)?

Enterprise Manager is a SQL2000 database interface that allows viewing and configuration of SQL databases. It installs when SQL2000 is installed. It is not available with MSDE2000.
Enterprise Manager was replaced by SQL Server Management Studio in SQL2005. It installs with SQL2005. For MSDE2005 the SQL Server Management Studio Express can be downloaded free and gives most of the functionality as the Studio version.
