Goals and Symptoms
When WebReach is used to retrieve historical data, it fails with an error indicating a problem with timestamp conversion.
A query sent in WebReach fails to return any data, but instead fails with the following error message:
Error with provideHTML. Error with GenerateHTML. WebReachHistoricalASP in GetQuery: -2147218290 Cannot execute default connection: An error occurred in Execute: An error occurred while setting timestamp to string: An error occurred converting unix time to system time: Invalid procedure call or argument

Facts and Changes
This article applies to the following product(s):
ION Enterprise 5.0
Causes and Fixes
This problem would occur if any timestamp in the recordset returned from the database contained a millisecond portion that became zero when rounded to three digits.
Apply Service Pack 1 for ION Enterprise 5.0.
There is no workaround, other than to change the date range so a problem timestamp is not included.
